“I'm writing to let you know how much the somatic practices you added in to our last sharing session helped me.
I could feel my body returning to a more grounded and centered place each time I did the heart massage and release of energy. My mind was able to be quiet as well. I felt much better after the sharing session than I usually do, and that was wonderful. Typically the words and energy from the stories and sharing cycle through my consciousness at least through the evening, and usually through the following day. This week I felt much lighter after the session. Although I still felt empathy and compassion for everyone, others' stories felt more distant and not so impactful.
I am grateful to you for sharing and leading these practices."
